Run Straight is also pre-qualified to deliver complete end-to-end solutions for I&IT projects under five million dollars. This means we can provide your organization with our full range of services to meet your project's needs, including project management, business analysis and planning, solutions development and other specialized technical expertise when required.

This VOR arrangement provides the greatest flexibility for payment models (including a flat-rate model) that can be tailored to customers' changing needs.

Solutions-Based Informatics Professional Services (SBIPS)

Solutions-based informatics professional services (SBIPS) is a method of supply comprising of services and, in certain situations, essential goods, whereby a supplier defines and provides a solution to a requirement, manages the overall requirement, phase or project and accepts responsibility for the outcome.

Task Based Informatics Professional Services

A task-based informatics professional services (TBIPS) requirement is related to a particular activity required to address a specific information technology (IT) need and is usually associated with a specified set of responsibilities.

The tasks involved are finite work assignments that require one or more consultants to complete. A task involves a specific start date, a specific end date, and set deliverables. Tasks are usually not large projects, although they may be subsets of a larger project. Tasks may require highly specialized work to be performed requiring a rare or unique skill or knowledge for a short period of time.

Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS)

Run Straight Consulting Ltd. is pre-qualified to provide Non-Informatics Professional Services for both Task and Solution-based engagements. This method of supply for contracts at or above the NAFTA threshold is a mandatory and covers five core areas of expertise:
