Document Upload OCR allows auto-docketing of scans and faxes, while MS Outlook integration monitors all incoming email for Competition or Applicant ID number for auto-docketing. Finally, create interview packages with Interview templates, pre-populate Applicant’s name and questions, upload responses and points score, and upload the interview to the applicant’s profile.

Interview Question Database. Our dynamic values management allows organizations to enter and maintain a pre-screening and interview Q & A database grouped by topics that stores interview questions and answers for applicants, as well as export questions and answers to the Interview Package. The questions can be selected and used to generate auto-populated interview templates.
 
Document Generation. Built-in template generator allows users to create and reuse correspondence templates in various formats including e-mail, MS Word, and PDF and customize all automatic responses sent by system.
